Community cohesion case studies
Along with the Guidance on the duty to promote community cohesion and online
community cohesion resource pack, a variety of case studies are provided by the
DCSF. These give practical examples of some of the things schools have done to
promote community cohesion. The aim of the case studies is to demonstrate
different approaches to community cohesion and to give a starting point for
exploring community cohesion.
These case studies are divided into four categories:
In addition, there are whole-school case studies that have been developed with the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust which look in more detail at a school's overall approach to community cohesion, what they are doing, why they decided to take that approach, and the evidence they are collecting around it's impact.
If you would like to provide a case study you can get in touch via email.
