UK School Trips
The UK School Trips website offers teachers a free online tool to search for educational visits to their exact requirements and see full educational information quickly and easily.
Teachers can search for trips and accommodation specific to age, region, type of visit, curriculum topic and month of visit. All venues complete a template designed to make sure that all the important things you need to know are included such as:
- risk assessment information
- key stage project information
- costs
- group sizes.
Visit the website and click on Search School Trips and accommodation to see how this works. The majority of the venues cost under £5 per child, some are even free but all still offer exceptional facilities for school trips. There are currently over 600 venues available.
The organisation is holding a quarterly prize draw for teachers to win a school trip of their choice. Entering is free and simple. Simply visit the site and register to be automatically entered into all future prize draws.
