Could your school be even more creative?
Creative Partnerships is a Government programme, funded by the DCSF and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) that enables schools to work in partnership with other professionals - including architects, dancers, engineers, musicians, scientists and web designers — to develop an exciting and relevant curriculum that fosters the creativity of all learners and teachers.
Creative Partnerships offers schools:
- a free practical guide to working with an external partner to inspire creative learning
- a school creativity self-evaluation form
The handbook covers the following areas:
- understanding creative learning
- finding and funding partners
- defining and evaluating outcomes
- planning and delivering projects
- sharing the learning
You can find out more details and download the handbook and self-evaluation form by visiting the Creative Partnerships website. A printed copy of the handbook is available and you can also complete the self-evaluation form online.
